A limousine driver in Los Angeles has been filmed attacking another driver's car with a crowbar in an alleged road rage altercation.The scary incident occurred on Tuesday. The man driving the second car, Shanham Asbaghi, said that the limo driver was tailgating him on Interstate 405.Asbaghi says that out of fear he decided to exit early, however the limo driver then rammed him.'When he hit me, he came around to the driver's side and punched my window four or five times. Then he ran back to his car, got in his car, and drove away,' he told Scary: This is the moment the driver of the limousine gets out of his car and goes to the trunk to retrieve a crowbar. It is being filmed by the man driving the second car, Shanham Asbaghi 'He gets out of his car... pulls out a crowbar, comes to my window and swings as hard as he can,' Asbaghi said Attack: As seen in the video above, somehow Asbaghi's window does not break, surprisingly, after the hit of the crowbar Asbaghi followed the limousine to get the vehicle's license plate so he could report the hit-and-run to police. He finally caught up to the vehicle near Sherman Way.'He gets out of his car... pulls out a crowbar, comes to my window and swings as hard as he can,' he said. 'He hit my window real hard. I was in shock. That's when I called 911.'Asbaghi filmed the second encounter with the driver and captured the moment of the attack on his cellphone.As seen in the video above, somehow Asbaghi's window does not break, surprisingly, after the hit of the crowbar.The limo driver walks back to his car, Toronto airport taxi puts the crowbar in the trunk, gets back in and drives off. Asbaghi said he decided to pull over to wait for police.He also called the company that the driver worked for, LA Private Car ServiceHowever police decided not to take the driver into custody. 'Because my head wasn't smashed and because the window wasn't smashed, no harm no foul is what they told me,' he said. 'I'm furious.' LA Private Car Service said they are investigating the incident.
